Nowadays, scientific investigation comes across various restrictions from the side of government. From one side, such restrictions are made in order to protect lives of people and natural resources, which importance cannot be underestimated. From the other side, it is reasonable to argue that they prevent science from making the progress. There is no unique answer whether such restrictions should exist. Decision about canceling them or intensifying should be made depending on specific field of science and research peculiarities.

First of all, our government should give freedom to our scientific research so that they can utilize their talent and wisdom as much as possible on the discovering of the unknown world. Simply put if the government place few restrictions on the research the scientist will have ability to use every resource that could support his or her research in order to conquer every difficult problems which impede the developing of the science. It is well known fact that in the way to invent many indispensable drugs, many animals died. Nevertheless, ultimately it allowed producing indispensable medicines that saved thousands of people lives. If such research methods were prohibited, very likely that today even some kinds of flu would be considered as deadly diseases.
