Self reflection: Just like business planning, personal development planning starts with an assessment of where you are now. To do this, you need to reflect on your skills, knowledge, experience and personal attributes and consider: WhatI do well, What I don't do so well, What would make I even more effective. This self reflection is not only powerful in terms of planning your personal development but also in raising yourself awareness.
