1 Understand the role of organisations and industries
1.1 Explain the role of their own occupation within an organisation and industry
(Think about your current job role)
* Supporting the children with their learning activities within the classroom to make sure the children are enjoying and understanding their learning in a safe way. * Getting the classroom ready for the lesson being undertaken. * Listening to a group of children read and asking questions on what they have read. * Helping children who need support with their learning. * Helping the class teacher manage behavior within the school environment. * Attending to children who have had an accident. * Clearing away materials of the lessons. * Supporting the class teacher on trips and outdoor activities. * Undertaking training when offered. * Working one to one with SEN child helping them understand the task at hand. * Creating displays for the children’s work. * Collating homework packs weekly.This is within the educational industry. |
