As we know the body is composed of protein, fat, water, and minerals. It is made of two-components, one is called the fat component and the other is fat-free component. The body fat is variable constituent of the body. Must health issues are from the body being overweight. Being overweight has an impact on the body. Some of the effect are short term as for others are long term. Obese people have an overall rise of developing other health issues.
The reason are that people have started super-sizing food items, and stop doing physical activities. All people want to do is watch TV and play video games.
              The distribution of body fat is also an important indicator of future health. People who tend to gain weight in the abdominal area have a risk of coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke twice as high as those who tend to gain weight in the hip area. The reason for this increased risk is not entirely clear, but it appears that fat in the abdomen is more easily mobilized and sent into the bloodstream, increasing disease-related blood fat levels.

          Anorexia nervosa is the eating disorder where people have a fear of gaining weight. They will eat small amounts of food and normally very thin. Anorexia don’t only affect the body, it also affects the mine. Most of the time the person starts with a diet that get out of control. Early treatment is very effective, but if not anorexia can be a lifelong issue. When untreated the person can get serious health problems such as kidney damage, osteoporosis, and heart problems. Any person with anorexia needs to get treatment, they need a counselor, doctor, and a dietitian.

          Bulimia nervosa is when a person will over eat then make themselves vomit. The body releases endorphins when you throw up. Then a person will get use to making themselves vomit. When it gets out of control the person can either be a repeated vomiting or misusing ipecac syrup,...
