Spiral classifier, also called screw classifier or screw separation machine, is one kind of mineral separation equipments. Due to different specific gravity of different powder sizes, the speed of powders’ sedimentary in liquid are different. Spiral separator against this theory to reach mechanical classification. In addition, it can also be used for demudding and dewatering in the ore washing process.




According to the working principle that different grains are with different specific gravity and sedimentation rate in the liquid, the fine ore flows in the water and the coarse ore sinks in the bottom. The screw separator that has machine grading by discharging from the top can filtrate the materials and send coarse materials to the feeding mouth and discharge the fine material from the pipe. The seat of this ore beneficiation machine adopts channel steel and body adopts armor plate and the spiral axle adopts wrought iron, so it is durable. The lifting equipments have two types, by electricity and hand.
