1. Briefly explain the five choices speakers can make. How do these elements determine a speech’s success or failure?
  The five choices a speaker can make involves creativity, preparation, style, delivery method, and retention. Creativity is generating resources during learning and examination while offering a conclusion so that the concepts of the speech are supported distinctly. Preparation is arranging resources for the main point, associating the main point with the bulk of the speech while delivering the flow of the speech. Delivery method is conducting the speech in a manner the audience can relate to, such as body gestures, visuals, proper tone, etc. The style is how the speech is offered and delivered to the audience to the make it memorable such as comedy, compassion, fascinating, etc. This is vital when trying to point out the main ideas or thoughts of the speech.   Retention is assuring all main ideas are presented, supported, and highlighted. These elements determine a speech’s success or failure, depending on the speaker’s approach, delivery method, and retention of the audience.

2. What role does the delivery method (e.g. online, video conferencing, face-to-face, conference room) play in constructing a presentation?
  The method of delivery is very important when constructing a presentation. You must first decide what sort of audience you are presenting to in order to choose your delivery method. Choosing a successful delivery method facilitates how the audience understands the presentation while listening or viewing. The speaker must deliver the speech with the right tone.
