      SUBJECT:     Modifications and Retail Store Operations

      Due to the soaring costs of gas and the challenging economical state, Toddler Two would like to inform you of forthcoming policy modifications. These modifications will be beneficial with assisting you in time and money, while continuing to deliver outstanding assistance, excellent merchandise, and un-beatable rates.

      Beginning October 1st, 2010, Toddler Two will put in place new store working hours. The store will no longer be open for business on Sundays, in addition to reduced hours throughout the work week. In order to accomplish these new standards,   our   hours of operation will be as follows; Monday – Friday 10am - 8pm and Saturday 9am – 7pm. Because of changing working hours, shifts have been altered to four 10 hour shifts for full time employees and part time employees will work between 1 - 3 days a week. Resulting from these changes, there will be no stores closing along with no new stores opening.

      Our efforts to creating a successful business while enabling our employees the opportunity to withhold their jobs, Toddler Two visions these alterations as a step forward during this difficult economic state. Public Relations are working to assure the company’s future and that existing staff of the organization are not impacted in any adverse way along with the future prevention of lay-offs. Toddler Two encourages you, the employees, to ask questions or bring forth any concerns that may arise.
