FADE IN: EXTERIOR: IN A PARK. We see me standing up in the grass as children run by and a father and son tossing a football around behind me.

Me: “ Good evening, my name is Donisha Smith and today I sharing with all of you the importance of Cardiovascular Health.”

DISSOLVE TO: INTERIOR: INSIDE A LOCAL GYM. We see many people of all ages are working hard. There is even an indoor pool were we see many competitive swimmers training.

Me: “ The heart is one of the most important organs inside the body. The heart pumps blood to the entire body, brings oxygen and nutrients to the cells, and without the heart you would not be able to survive.”

Me: “ In order to show are appreciation for the heart and keep it healthy is to exercise.”

Me: “ Having a healthy heart is beneficial. It reduces heart diseases such as heart attack and high blood pressure. Best of all, having a healthy heart saves time and money when you don’t have to keep going to the doctor for your unhealthy heart and you don’t have to pay for the doctor visits and medication.”

CUT TO: INTERIOR: INSIDE POOL. I am now swimming around in the pool and doing laps. I suddenly stop and look at the camera. Other swimmers are still doing laps behind me in the other lanes.

Me: “Experts claims that swimming is the best way to exercise not only your whole body but also your heart.”

Me: “ There are many ways to make sure that you have a healthy heart. I personally believe that swimming is the best. It is easy, fun, and enjoyable for all ages! Swimming not only targets your heart but it targets the entire body!”

CUT TO: INTERIOR: INSIDE MY LIVING ROOM. We see my dad, my grandma, and brother relaxing watching TV. I walk up and greet all of them.”

Me: “I have asked my brother, father, and grandmother five simple questions.”
