Unit 1 – P2/M1/D1   –
P2- describe the different stakeholders who influence the purpose of two contrasting businesses
M1- explain the points of view of different stakeholders seeking to influence the aims and objectives of two contrasting organisations
D1- evaluate the influence different stakeholders exert in one organisation

(Mini Plan)

Key stakeholders: customers; employees; suppliers; owners; trade unions; employer associations; local and national communities; governments; influence of stakeholders on organisations

P2/M1/D1 - The most effective way of completing this task is to create a table and combine P2 and M1, you must describe the stakeholder and then explain their needs and expectations- Needs include the reason the stakeholder uses the business, Expectations include any benefits and extras the business provides.   This must be specific to your two businesses nestle and J&G Stricklands accountancy- see the example below for McDonalds. For D1 you must explain the effect on the organisation, try to think about the positive and negative effects the stakeholder can have and how the organisation would be effected if they didn’t exist.
