In your own words, describe the following hardware/software components

Legacy systems

Legacy systems refer to the use of old methods, technology, computer systems, or application systems. It refers to pervious or outdated computer systems.   It does not rely on internet to perform tasks.
Mainframe computers Mainframe computers are often used by government and corporate organizations for bulk data processing. Mainframe computers are often used for the census, consumer statistics and transaction processing.
Microprocessors A microprocessor incorporates the functions of a computers central processing unit in a single integrated circuit.
PCs Pcs refer to Personal computers. These are used by people at home for personal interests.
Network computers Network computers are often referred to as a diskless desktop computer. It has no disk drives so operating systems are booted from sever.
World Wide Web and Internet The internet is a global system of interconnected computer networks that are linked by a broad array of electronic, wireless and networking technologies.
Wired and wireless broadband technology A wire and wireless broadband refer to the ability to get on the internet within a given area. Depending on what company you get from, it can be very fast.
PC software Non-tangible computer programs within a computer used to keep it running properly and efficiently. It is stored in the computer memory.
Networking software Networking software gives the computer ability to exchange date with another computer. It’s a way of telecommunicating. Using data connections, data is passed to another device.
Computer security software
Programs stored in the computer and/or downloaded are designed to keep out potential threats that try to obtain personal information from your computer.
