Cost/Budget Management
* The Project’s budget is 10 Million USD, with 1 Million USD additional for unforeseen and uncontrollable events. Mark Bardo the Sponsor of this project will be using company asset to fund the project. No additional funding is necessary at this time because Acme Home Improvement, Inc. have enough in operating profits to fund the entire project (Codjia, Marquis, 2012).
