  I. BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

As we are facing a problem on how the students can help ICCT Colleges through creating certain projects that will benefit our school. We are able to think of a system which can help the school on the inventory of their own laboratory equipments.

The current Inventory System in Laboratory Supply Room of ICCT Colleges is a manual process of recording all the equipments and apparatus through the use of a record book or a yellow pad paper.

This supply inventory system would help the personnel in charge of the supply room find out the capacity of the supplies as well as the relevant information of asset availability, and replace the current practice of extensive manual recording of asset.
