The emotional intelligence usually tells us how smart we are with the emotions that we put into daily. Apart from being only smart, it is important to know how you express yourself because people tend to understand more by emotions, the way you give them a message by expressing the emotions with face, body language, or movement. People that are aware of their emotions and think of their emotional behavior, tend to put positive interaction and relationship around them with others; being negative however, will result in a negative energy or behavior around you and therefore, people will look at you rather as a negative person that they don’t want to stand close to. Another key factor to the emotional behavior is at how we control our own emotions. It is important to know at how we control our own emotions in certain communications. For example, there’s somebody being annoying and you don’t want this behavior to continue. So in this case, you will want to tell that person that is being annoying, to stop, in a rather respective way but being upfront. This is something you find annoying and you don’t want this to happen. If however, you put anger emotions around that person, s/he might get hurt or the situation might get worse than before that the person might be a bit pushed away. The ability to manage emotions effectively is a key part of emotional intelligence. Regulating emotions, responding appropriately and responding to the emotions of others are all important aspect of emotional management. Knowing and putting in the right emotions to the right place, are decently affective components of intelligence that may be essential to success in life. You can also build an emotional strength or in other words, build up your character the right way with the emotions. By doing so, we have to perceive our own emotions during our interaction or different events such as meeting others for the first time, being in the work, in a bar with friends, etc.
