528 Develop and Evaluate Operational Plans for Own Area of Responsibility.

1. Be able to align objectives of own area of responsibility with those of own organisation.
The main operation objective in my area of responsibility is to ensure that all clients receive care in way that suits their preferences and ensure everything is done to achieve this. It is therefore my responsibility to ensure that all systems are put into place in order for the client to receive their care the way they want. As a co-ordinator it is also my responsibility to ensure that the client is always safe and satisfied with the level of care they are receiving, It would then by my duty to resolve any issued regarding a clients care plan
The objectives set to me as a care co-ordinator have been set by the organisation. Therefore, these objectives that I must meet are all built into my job role and are therefore essential from all aspects to ensure that these are achieved.
  2. Be able to implement operational plans in own area of responsibility
When implementing operational plans, it is vital to retrieve support from stakeholders. This therefore ensures that the plans put in place cannot be effected by any other stakeholders participation. It is important to organise set operational plans with these stakeholder so that similar objective and outcomes can be made.
