Every company comes across morals issues. Whistle blowing and open door policies is two that this company stands by. FedUP has one golden rule, “Give respect to receive respect.” The call centers have came up with a new way of learning the in’s and out’s of the company.   Learning the specific job code and center can help the new employee have all the experience to be ethically trained. Coming into new surrounding can be a little scary at first, but once the person steps outside of the security box; he or she will start to open up. All managers are trained into all learning environments.
      FedUp’ Call Centers has introduced an innovative new learning and team-building game during new employees’ induction training at the Houston and surrounding area. ‘FedUp’ is an interactive company that uses accelerated learning techniques, scripts and including role play to instruct new employees about FedUp’ operations, the requirements of their job roles, and the impact of their actions on customer experiences. It also shows them ways in which they can maximize their own presentation and efficiency, work more effectively as a team, and further their own career prospects. The game has been regularly used in the business for number of years. FedUp is consists of a board with images of local landmarks and FedUp’ sites. The pieces are movable, four types of cards (Good News, Bad News, Conversation and Entertaining), and game money.
