Ethical Statement

I confirm that I am currently meeting the pre-requisites for E105 as set out in the pre-registration information for students and   I have a valid Agreement with Confirmer Form.

Introduction

For this assignment I have decided to focus on parental partnership, “how effectively each child's development and progress is communicated with parents and partners”. Within TMA03 I have tried to show how I have achieved this task by providing my evidences as appendices. I will talk about   principles involved in developing good relationships with parents and other partners. Show my understanding upon my reflective practice and how I intend to more forward with data gathered and theory of parent partnership to improve my personal practise.








Task 1

My understanding is that the   Pen Green Loop model Whalley and Dennison (2007, cited in Paige-Smith et al, 2010, p. 58) was developed to open communication channels between parents and nursery staff about children’s learning. Providing   a continuous two-way flow of information. The child is the centre with the parents and staff regularly observing at home and nursery and being shared either verbally, written or photos. Sharing at staff meeting to plan for a child’s interest, track development progress resulting in enhance learning. This type of partnership seems effective as conducted   informally and with enjoyment. I believe Involving parents in extending their child’s learning and development give a great notion inclusion.
