But now Toyota is the second largest car manufacturer in the world Toyota primarily conducts business in the automotive industry. The company is an industry leader in manufacturing and production.

According to Wheelen L.T. and Hunger J.D., (2004) objectives are the end results of planned activity. They state what is to be accomplished by when and should be quantified if possible. The achievement of corporate objectives should result in the fulfillment of a corporation’s mission. Some of the areas in which a Toyota Company might establish its goals and objective are profitability and so on. Objective can be defines as any group that is affected by organizational decision and policies.

Key objective of an organization is to provide structure accesses to information. Objective of information organization is to bring essentially like information together. In organization, planning strategies is very important. Without planning a business concern cannot expect to achieve its objectives. To implement a successful strategies plan, every organization should set targets and also the objectives that they must achieve. However, without the proper implementation, it can become obsolete and will no longer be useful.
