    Step 1 – we find you the property of your choice

Step 2 – taking the property off the market

The London lettings market moves very quickly and so we require that you put forward a £…….. reservation fee to take a property off the market. (This is not an extra cost as the fee is deducted from your first months rent).

Step 3 – references for the landlord

You must provide us with the following so that we can process your tenancy smoothly with the landlord’s approval:

    • Fully completed and signed tenancy application forms – we will use the details you provide to obtain all your references;
        - We must obtain a landlord reference if you have previously rented
        - We must obtain an employer reference (or an accountant reference if you are self-employed)
        - If you have not rented before we usually require a character reference

    • A photocopy of your passport or driving license
    • A copy of a utility bill in your name – this should 6 months old or older (e.g. a council tax bill, an electricity or mobile phone bill)
