The two leading companies in research of marketing, pricing, and consumer-oriented promotional strategies are Hyundai and Toyota cars. Hyundai Motor Company makes cars in the United States, India, China, Turkey, Russia, Brazil, Czech Republic, and South Korea. South Korea is actually where the company’s headquarters reside. Hyundai employs a little over 86,428 employees. This happens to be a very large automobile company worldwide. They sell automobiles, like cars, trucks, SUVs, and buses. Toyota Motor Corporation is another important auto manufacturer worldwide. They sell motor vehicles that include buses, cars, trucks, and SUVs. Toyota also has their headquarters in Asia; they are located in Toyota City, Japan. Their operations are located in Europe, Japan, Asia, and North America. Toyota employs over 333,498 employees and achieves a very strong market universally. The reason I chose both of these automobile companies is due to their high sales and marketing skills due to great quality and price. It is interesting to see the similarities and differences between the two companies. When seeing the both companies strategies and similarities in specifically their automobiles it shows how they differentiate.
Toyota and Hyundai have great promotional strategies with their cars, like the Toyota Camry and Hyundai Sonata. The Toyota Camry has been around for quite a while and happens to be a bestseller. It is a reliable car, as well as reasonably priced to sell to all classes around the world. The Camry is a mid-sized sedan and has been around for about 15 years. “When a company builds such a fantastic machine like the Toyota Camry, the rest of the industry takes notice and everyone brings their best to become the best in the class.
