Progressive Muscle Relaxation

Close your eyes and move yourself into the most comfortable position you can…..throughout this experience you will be always in control …you will always be aware… The state that you will achieve is a completely natural state that will assist you to make the changes that you have wisely come here today to achieve.
From now on you will only hear my voice, the outside noises will become irrelevant to you as you start to concentrate on your breathing… Breathe in…hold it for a few seconds…and breathe out. Noticing that each breadth in takes the same time as each breadth out   [*REPEAT]
You will now begin to relax your body… your muscles from top to bottom.. and we will just concentrate on this now…still concentrating on your breathing
