In my role as a level 3 teaching assistant I am required to plan and implement various activities. Working in small groups means I have to communicate with parents on a regular basis including parent’s evenings. Some children I work with are S.E.N children who require outside agency involvement and therefore when meetings are held I attend and offer feedback. I understand that it is imperative to remain positive with children at all times to enable them to perform to the best of their ability.
