Prenatal and Postpartum Scenario
This is a daily list activities that you should to follow to give your newborn the best opportunity for proper growth. As well as prenatal suggestions there are also some suggestions for postpartum mothers.   1. The first thing would be proper diet and exercise. Taking care of health is important to you and the baby growing in you. This is a critical time to be aware of a healthy diet and exercise. The prenatal and postpartum stages of a woman’s life are very important to the growing baby. Nutrition during and after pregnancy is important. Make sure to eat at least five small meals a day. Your diet should consist of foods that are rich in carbohydrates, protein, iron, vitamins, saturated fats, and minerals. You should try to drink plenty of fluids to keep yourself hydrated, but try to avoid alcoholic beverages and caffeinated beverages. Proper nutrition should be established as soon as you know you are pregnant. 2. Exercise is size is also very important. Woman while pregnant should try to exercise in the morning. During this time of exercise women should focus on things like abdominal strength, posture, support of the pelvic organs, energy, and endurance. Women should try to walk at least a mile a day. Focused breathing drills, core and pelvic floor strengthening exercises, and cardio/endurance and flexibility training are all very important and will help you. These simple exercises will also help you through delivery. This will also help you to take better care of your baby after it is born. You will also be in better shape to return to your pre-pregnancy fitness level. It is important to stay active even until before you do into labor. 3. You should also get as much rest as possible take breaks throughout your day. You should not over exert yourself. You should try to get at least eight to ten hours of sleep a night. Getting the...
