Topic: Why Disney company so successful
Specific Purpose:   To introduce the reasons which lead Disney Company became success.
Thesis Statement:   Disney Company is one of the most successful companies because the three main points; those are, Disney staffs always follow the philosophy which Walt Disney built; it is the largest conglomerates company, and the company spans the national boundaries and shows the respect of gender roles.
  I. INTRODUCTION
      Do you familiar with Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck? Do you know who create them? Mickey was created by Walt Disney in 1928. Disney Company was founded on October 16, 1923, by Walt and Roy Disney “They   are   leader in Disney Company in the American animation industry before varying into live-action film production, television, and travel.” (Choyke, 2013).” In 1955, follow Disney’ drama that he hoped there should be a place for parents and children to have fun together, Disneyland opened to public. Disneyland is continuous growth and attracting visitors from across the country and around the world. “In 1986, Disney expanded to theater radio, music, publishing, and online media.” Currently, Disney is the largest media conglomerate in the world in terms of revenue (Disney History). In 2010, the annual gross revenue of The Walt Disney Company is $38.1 billion; in 2011 they earned 40.9 billion; in 2012 there are 42.3 billion (Choyke, 2013) . How could Disney Company so successful? In my view, Disney Company is one of the most successful companies because Disney staffs always follow the philosophy which Walt Disney built; it is the largest conglomerates company, and the company spans the national boundaries and shows the respect of gender roles.
