Abstract

This paper will provide an overview on the importance of electronic communication training and the value in new employee orientation.   The USA Organization values effective orientation and committed to a well-trained workforce to ensure the overall business runs professionally.   Organizations that take a proactive role in creating digital equipment training and diversity strategic plan will improve the work environment and increase morale among employees. With constant and ongoing training organizations can earn a track record of integrity, equality, honesty, and improve employee retention.
                                                                      Introduction
      Implementing an in-house training for new employees often requires a learning curve for employees with diversity issues and concerns.   Diversity includes all phases of a person dissimilarity including gender, race, sexual orientation, age, religion, disability, and ethical decision-making.   However, diversity and behaving ethically not only entails how individuals perceive themselves, but the way individuals are perceived by others.   The best workplace must concentrate on diversity and reinforce code of ethics to become totally inclusive to increase productivity and continue competitive advantages.   A company accomplishments and competitiveness depends upon its ability to embrace diversity and recognize the benefits (Greenberg, 2011).
