Oral Communcation

As a Criminal Investigative Division Program Manager and Counterfeit Section Back Up, I daily use my verbal communication skills as part of staff meetings, personnel discussions, official presentations, face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, speeches or teleconferences.
As the Project Colombia-Peru Program Manager and the Counterfeit Special Operations Back Up, I periodically make public and business presentations to obtain invaluable investigative collaboration and financial support. My verbal communication skills are effective, clear, relevant, tactful in phraseology and tone, concise and informative. These skills have allowed me to articulate my message clearly, using the right vocabulary and the correct expression. My presentations provide an introduction that grabs the listener's interest, followed by a main body that concentrates on points of emphasis and finally a conclusion restating my key points.
For example, I have being the main speaker at Dignitary Protection, United States Attorney and District Attorney Seminars and briefings. My bilingual language skills (English-Spanish) have also allowed me to provided briefings, seminars and translation to members of the Peru and Colombia Police Anti Counterfeit Task Forces.
I have also provided significant program briefings to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Counternarcotics and Global Threats, Secret Service Assistant Director for Investigations, Deputy Assistant Director for Investigations, Foreign Chiefs of Police, Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Director, National Security Agency Deputy Chief and private sector Chief Executive Officers.
