In doing in-depth research on the Obama Care it has raised issues of federalism nationally, state, and locally around the United States of America.   A brief history of Obama Care which is officially known as the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). It is often called the Affordable Care Act (ACA) by medical officials for short. The law had required all Americans to purchase health insurance within the year 2014. The Obama Care offers affordable quality health insurance which includes new beneficial health packages, rights and protections, rules for insurance companies, taxes, tax breaks, funding, spending, the creation of committees, education, new job creation and more.   For individuals that don't have an understanding about Obama Care, we will go into a close examination of the individuals who support Obama Care, as well as the individual’s perspective that oppose Obama Care.
One thing the United States citizens have to realize is that Obama Care doesn't recreate insurance. The Obama Care sole purpose is to regulate privately owned insurance to provide Americans with better rights of protection. As there is to any program or organization or system with regulations there will be pros and cons. The pros that have been dominate   points that arise with the Obama Care program are that around ten plus million individuals will have access to more affordable insurance. The Obama Care also stated that if an American is sick he/she won’t be dropped or denied insurance, which in other health insurance companies would charge you more due to a particular sickness or upon your sex.
