  * RELATIONSHIP CIRCLE

  * COMMUNICATION CHARTS

  * SORTING WHATS WORKING/NOT WORKING

Person centred thinking tools are vitally important to all other person centred approaches. They are what underlie person centred planning. It is vital that everyone who is working with an individual on a day to day basis has a good understanding of person centred thinking and the tools it uses to enable the individuals needs and wishes to be met. Person centred thinking tools are also used to conduct person centred reviews, helping to establish an individuals strengths, weaknesses, wishes for the future and how they can be actioned, and the steps that might need to be put in place to get there.
2) There are various benefits of using person centred thinking with individuals. Firstly,   staff will constantly be looking out for changes in behaviour, communication, new relationships...
