Present Nutrition and Fitness and Recommendations When Suffering with Several Medical Conditions
The information will explain my current fitness and nutritional habits and explain some of the health risks associated with obesity.   I will identify and describe three new fitness habits that I could reasonably incorporate into your lifestyle. It will describe how these new habits could improve my health and possibly improve some of my medical issues.   The information will identify and describe three new nutritional habits that I could reasonably incorporate into my lifestyle and how these habits might improve my health.   The papers will discuss how each new habit would promote healthy-weight management and how each new habit would benefit my health in general.
My Current Fitness and Nutritional Habits
When it comes to my current fitness and nutritional habits, they both could use many pointers, especially the fitness.   I try to eat healthy.   I eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast and a grilled chicken salad for dinner.   As for lunch, I rarely eat lunch, it mostly consist of eating some almonds and drinking some juice.   I know that I need to have a better diet, but I do not think that my diet is the biggest problem regarding my health because there are days that I go without eating practically anything.
My current fitness level is poor related to still recovering from a Stroke.   The Stroke left me weak in my left leg and with a Sciatic never in my back on the same side.   To make matters worse I already arthritis in my hip on the same side and need a total hip replacement.   I try to walk as much as possible but cannot walk long distances or stand for a length of time without hurting.   I also brought an exercise bike hoping that would help.   I have not rode the bike as I should and when I do I cannot go longer...
