Sustainable energy is the provision of energy that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs. Sustainable energy sources are renewable energy sources, such as hydroelectricity which is the production of electrical power through the use of the gravitational force of falling or flowing water; Solar energy which is the radiant light and heat energy produced by the sun ; wind   is a form of kinetic energy that can be transformed into mechanical energy or electricity by wind mills ; geothermal energy which is harnessed from the shallow ground to hot water and hot rock found a few miles beneath the earth's surface, and bioenergy derived from biological sources, to be used for heat, electricity, or vehicle fuel.

Prevention is better than cure. Sustainable energy is necessary now in order to save planet earth from pollution in its many forms which is very detrimental to life. This is efficiently carried out by using sustainable energy because it does not emit any greenhouse gases or toxic waste making the world a cleaner and safer place for present and future generations as it is usually generated by clean sources and clean technologies design to improve energy efficiency.
This form of energy is renewable because as it is derived from natural sources that are inexhaustible therefore are replenished constantly and the needs of the future are not jeopardised while other sources of energy are finite and will some day be depleted.
Using sustainable energies is highly cost effective both because fuel does not need to be brought to sustain the electricity plant and also as less labor is needed to operate a renewable energy station and they require less maintenance. Therefore more finances are available to invest in other activities necessary to sustain life.
Sustainable energy is also necessary in the provision of jobs and economical benefits because investments are spent on materials and workmanship to build...
