1A.   I recommend adopting a virtual company in order to manufacture and market the power hand tools which will include electric drills, saws, and sanders.   By using a virtual company, you would be able to rely on a variety of suppliers that could handle services that may include but not limited to, doing the payroll, hiring personnel, providing consultant services, designing products, manufacturing components, conducting tests, and distribute products.   Later in this report, I will give an example of a recommended organization (pg.7) and how to improve cost effectiveness (pg.11) that can also be implemented in the company.
The company can choose to have long or short-term relationships with different partners and collaborators, but always looking to have an exceptionally lean performance as the result.   Some other advantages of being a virtual organization, you can have low capital investment, speed, flexibility and specialized management expertise that would result in efficiency.   Another option would be to incorporate having an online or e-commerce business.   The small hand tools can be seen in their final form and potential customers can have the option of making the purchases from their home as to going out to the stores.
