Produce a chart to display the hierarchy and job titles within your organisation (or one that you would hope to work in).

Assignment 2
Describe all of your job functions in detail and explain how your roles and responsibilities connect with those of others in the above chart.
My job functions as a provisional teacher at Caxton College are:
* Provide clear, teaching instruction which is consistent with the principles of the Montessori method of education and/or the National Curriculum for England, to the children assigned to his/her classroom.
* Assist in maintaining up-to-date written performance records for each and every child in his/her classroom in accordance with School Policies and provide the same to the Principal upon request.
* Maintain his / her classroom in a neat and orderly fashion and ensure that the classroom is fit for its next session following any classes conducted by the teacher
* To undertake all those tasks allocated to him/her which are consummate with his/her position of employment with the Employer.
* To undertake other job related duties in a diligent manner consistent with School Policies.
In subsequently answering ‘how my roles and responsibilities connect with those of others in the above chart’ I will select to address the Learning Outcome 2 – as per request of this assignment, see last page. This Learning Outcome 2, has the following three assessment criteria which I will embrace in this essay.
