Dear Mr. Depalma,

I look forward to the opportunity you have entrusted my abilities to organize and create a successful team with the team you have assigned to my section. One of the key facets of being a good manager is being able to bring people together that have many different personalities, and forge them into a team that works like a well-oiled machine. Proper motivation within our team will encourages win-win situations for the company and can be more efficiently to reach project goals. The team and I have already collected each member's individual personalities (based on Jungian Assessments). By setting and achieving goals motivate our team and can track our accomplishments.

The assignments for each team member will be assigned as followed:

I am a believer that great leaders are made and not born. I have an unusually broad range of skills and talents with good people-oriented, creative and highly optimistic. I live in the world of possibilities and can very passionate and excited about the challenge of the task. My enthusiasm will lead with my ability to inspire and motivate my team to accomplish the mission. I strive to make the most out of life and apply it within my job and team. Strategic planning and marketing the new team will be my main focus, as well being the department manager. Team members will report to me on a daily basis and encourages and lead the team in accomplishing the mission.

Joel Simmons

Joel Simmons is my thinker. He sees everything in terms of how it could be improved, or what it could be turned into. He lives primarily inside their own minds, having the ability to analyze difficult problems, identify patterns, and come up with logical explanations. Joel is extremely bright and able to be objectively critical in their analysis. He love new ideas and become very excited over abstractions and theories. Joel's...
