Introduction
      The research of leadership one of the approval subjects for discussion inasmuch researchers first recognizing affect that leadership acquire by the prosperity of a business. Although superior education, ascertaining facts vigorously the typical leadership possess a derivative part in the formation of educating the leadership plan of action. This paper is to form a coherent of the main method to the study of leadership, strengths, and weaknesses of leadership approach use in an organization and example.































Major Approach to the Study of Leadership

      The behavior approach is the idea of looking further into what the manager performs daily. The behavior approach began in the early 1950s after many scholars became less hopeful with the trait method and start to notice what managers do on-the-job” (Yukl, 2010, p. 35). Yukl (2010), analysis in his “approach was the assumption that some people are natural leaders, endowed with certain traits not possessed by other people” (p. 13). Within the behavior approach there are two categories of information that analyzed.   Researchers are identifying how managers can utilize his or her time, daily activities, responsibilities, and expected functions of the manager (Wolverton, Gmelch, Montez, & Nies, 2001).
      Researchers are investigating how managers deal with the job demands and time constraints.   To conduct the research, researchers relied on data collected by direct observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The other category of information studied is identifying how the managers are effective leader (Bass, 1990). Researchers relied on a survey field study, included a questionnaire.
