Internal and External Stakeholders
Organizations have a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. It is important to notify these internal and external stakeholders of issues and possible issues that may arise within the organization that would have an effect to his or her contribution to the business. Stakeholders will build trust levels with the business when input I provided from all aspects of the business. The stakeholders, employees, and customers are anticipating the release of the new video game soon to be released.  
The Best Game Products Company is a large video game productions company that requested my services as a consultant for the last four years. The company is dedicated to providing high quality video games worldwide. The company is in the process of releasing the highly anticipated video that has been two years in the making. The video game is expected to be release during the holidays so a large amount of sales are expected. The issues that arise with the production of the video game is minor but can possible cause a major issue with customer satisfaction and stakeholder doubt toward the Best Game Products Company. Therefore, I propose that the video game be delayed for an additional week so that all the issue are resolved and the quality and customer satisfaction levels will remain in-tact.
If the company considers the first choice, the game will roll out as anticipated with high levels of sales but poor customer feedback immediately. This will have large impact on all future sales for the company. The potential loss for the company and the profit for internal and external stakeholders would be low if not any at all. Option two will allow the developers more time to correct the issues and bring the product to the level of expectations.
