Modern lifestyles mean that many parents have little time for their children. Many children suffer because they do not get as much attention from their parents as children did in the past.
Do you agree or disagree?

It is obvious that in recent decades, human beings have gotten many benefits from modern life and many of them have taken these advantages to develop themselves. For example, in modern life, people have good educational conditions, advanced health care services and etc. However, there haven’t been few ideas which argue that as result of modern life, many children get hurt because they don’t get as much attention from their parents as those who used to. I’m not totally in favor of this argumentation due to some following reasons.

For starters, it can be seen from reality that people of different jobs may not have a similar lifestyle. For example, teachers, doctors and farmers usually have a mild life, so they are able to spend more time taking care of their children, so these children get more attention from them. Whereas, sports players, merchants, business people, tourist guides have a more dynamic and busier life, therefore they often spend most their time outdoor or away from home rather than at home to stay with and help their children with education or play or talk together with them.

Secondly, another factor which strongly affects childcare by parents themselves is the skills of time management. Parents with a good ability to manage their time will make a balance in delivering their time among different things they have to do every day, such as work, relaxation, study, housework and etc. Once their time is used properly for those things, they can spend an adequate amount of time staying with children to teach them, to play with them or to talk to them about any problems they are concerned about.
