On behalf of InterClean Inc management, I am excited to announce that InterClean Inc and EnviroTech are now officially operating as one.   After a long review and careful consideration, we believe that this combination will unite InterClean, Inc and EnviroTech as one strong entity.   This merger brings our two leading industrial cleaning and sanitation companies together.   Together, we will be the leaders in providing superior service solution to our current and future clients.   With our shared knowledge, experience and resources, we will become the number one leader in the cleaning and sanitation industry.   In the wake of more stringent requirements for environmental safety, our merger will streamline our cleaning efforts and allow us to provide customers with superior products, integrated business solutions, and professional services.
