How Can Coal Briquette Machine Reduce the Pollution

Coal briquetting machine plays a critical role in reusing powdery anthracite, soft coal, peat, coking coal and lignite for generating power, making gas, smelting metal, heating, etc. It is widely used in coal industry, metallurgy industry, chemical industry and other industries. Coal briquetting machine is divided into two kinds: briquetting with binder or without binder. In the case of rice husk, this amounts to more than 40% of the feed burnt. As a typical example, about 800 tonnes of rice husk ash are generated every day in Ludhiana (Punjab) as a result of burning 2000 tonnes of husk. Briquetting of the husk could mitigate these pollution problems while at the same time making use of this important industrial/domestic energy resource.Coal slime briquetting machine can be used to compress the coal slimes with water content of less than 15% by high pressure rollers into briquettes with higher density, lower moisture content, and uniform size and shape. Therefore, the additional value of the coal slimes can be improved maximally, and coal enterprises can fully utilize the coal slimes, thus saving cost.
