1. The "taper shape" rollers make their ends rounding linear speed consistent
with flat die, so it avoids dislocated friction which maybe created between roll
ers and die, In this way, it can reduce friction and save much energy consumpt
ion, lengthen die and rollers life.
2. We adopt pressure adjusting systems by hydraulic pump or controlling cent
er vertical shaft as well as its assistant adjusting equipments. In this way, it ca
n adjust pressure between rollers and flat die to fit for different pressure ratio
materials, ensuring the pellet density.
