Fast Food

Today, there are over thousands and millions of a same type of place that ruins your health severely around the world such as fast food restaurants.   Some people say that it is good and some say that it is not.   My personnel opinion is that it is not good, unhealthy for your body and you do not get a lot of energy obtained from fast food.   Therefore, we need to work together to reduce the unhealthy food in our daily life and be in good health.
The first bad effect is the energy consumed from fast food restaurants.   Research shows that 29 – 30 percent of the children’s energy comes from fast food.   Also, there is an additional 57 calories more than the balance of the calories that need to be consumed in a day.   Fast food gives you a large amount of calories and small amount of energy.   Although, fast food makes you feel full and satisfied, they lack of proteins and carbohydrates to keep your body energized.   Also, it can lower your energy levels to an extent that it may become difficult for you to even perform your daily tasks.   In addition, fast food can make it difficult to get enough sleep at night, so energy levels are never restored to normal.
Second, eating fast food resulted in coronary heart diseases, cancer and much more especially when you are living without making exercises.   Fast food contains too much unhealthy fat inside because they are usually fried not cooked.   Moreover, fast food increases cholesterol and triglyceride levels which are major risk factors for the development of heart diseases.   Furthermore, a study published in the European Journal of Cancer Prevention exposed that eating too much of fast food that are high in sugar and fat can increase your chance of developing colorectal cancer.   Another study from the Fred Hutchison Cancer Research...
