Environmental Scan
The survival of any organization is produced and habituated by the environment because of perceptions, resources, issues, and chances.   Because of this, it is essential for any business to observe the applicable changes that occur in the environment and devise policies to adjust to variations.   Simply stated, for a company to endure and succeed, the company needs to conquer the trials of the constant shifting environment. Conducting an environmental scan for the two following companies will offer a background to increase chances and distribute the resources in expectation of the changes in the environment.
