    In today's world the health care system has really evolved, many changes have taken place with health care laws but not limiting the health care, many of us have choices when we speak of our coverage. Companies also provide employees health benefits, but the company must choose and decide which company that will accommodate the company's needs, standard requirements, and that is affordable.   Many individuals use health care maintenance organizations, known as HMO's as their preferred health insurance plan. However, employers are not subject to this law if the number of employees are lesser than 50 but are still expected to offer coverage for their employees. Employers must make sure that when choosing coverage for their employees, these should be within their needs; within the health care requirements and inexpensive with the thought that this does not mean a better coverage. There are many health care plans out there such as Preferred Provider (PPO), Point of Service (POS),   and Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO); the Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) is the most preferred and utilization group health insurance plan. This type of plan is a choice by the company that can either choose or decline these services based on employee information. As a representative of Castor Insurance I will be discussing the chosen company, its potential and why it has been chosen other than the other companies.
