Looking back into my military career and realizing that the army has not only given me a great life, but also allowed me some great opportunities, therefore In order to better myself through the civilian sector, I use my experience with the army to show my findings of how soldiers develop themselves and how I can use their learning techniques for this assessment. In my research for this assignment I have looked at books, the Internet from various websites and my notes from lessons I have taken and assessed, as well as my own experience from teaching.
As part of my development of soldiers, I develop and analyse soldier’s ability in various areas, this includes soldiers from such countries as Ghana, Fiji and Nepal.   Mentoring the young adults throughout their training could see numerous instructors teaching the same subject, therefore all teachers/ instructors must be 100% correct, hence the use of Blooms taxonomy to make sure that all areas are covered.   This allows all students or soldiers to finish their training at a satisfactory standard where the can join a field force Unit.

What is Blooms Taxonomy?
Bloom's taxonomy is a classification of learning objectives within education. It is named for Benjamin Bloom.
Bloom's taxonomy refers to a classification of the different objectives that educators set for students (learning objectives). It divides educational objectives into three "domains": cognitive, affective, and psychomotor.
