Introduction
In this given assignment I will be giving an explanation on factors that may influence communication and interpersonal interactions in health and social care environments. I will then write a report giving examples of strategies that can be used to overcome barriers of communication in order to achieve effective communication and interpersonal interactions.

Environment is another factor that has influence on communication and interpersonal skills. The seating in a health and social care environment play an important part in how effective communication is. Example of environmental factors that influence communication and interpersonal skills are: noise, poor lighting, being uncomfortable, seating positions and an environment that lacks privacy.
