Code of Ethics

The amusement park has a formal code of ethics that consist of rules and guidelines in regards to employee behavior.   These rules and guidelines are put in place to ensure efficient business operations.   All employees are held accountable for following the code of ethics.   There is zero tolerance for conduct that interferes with operations, and is offensive to customers or coworkers.   The amusement park’s aim is to conduct business to the highest ethical standards.   The purpose of the code of ethics is to discourage wrong doing and promote ethical and honest behavior by all employees and to adhere to government laws, rules, and regulations.
The goal of the code of ethics is to ensure that employees exhibit high standards of integrity and commitment.   The code of ethics includes nondiscrimination, customer service, anti-retaliation, guide to responsible conduct, conflict of interest, harassment, and confidentiality.
Nondiscrimination, our employees are expected to avoid discrimination amongst each other as well as customers and suppliers.   In addition they’re to encourage others to behave in the same manner.   Candidates are hired and/or promoted based on merit regardless of age, race, religion, etc.
Customer Service, our customers are our primary source of income and job stability.   Customers are to be treated in a courteous and respectful manner at all times.   Customers are to feel appreciated by every employee they come into contact with.   Reoccurring customer service issues should be reported to management.   Employees should at all times be prepared to listen and deal with customer complaints.
Anti retaliation, unethical or unlawful behavior should be reported immediately to a supervisor/manager.   Retaliation for filing violations is prohibited.
