Businesses are communicating though wikis, social-networking tools, portable media players, personal digital assistants (PDAs). The foundation to any successful business is communication. Without communication companies may lose productivity and money (Nicholos Poma). Communication with customers is also very important. Communication is vital to know what the consumer likes or dislikes marketing a successful product. Teamwork plays a major role within any business, and implementing cross-functional or cross-culture input will assist teams in completing tasks more rapidly. Communication also helps me manage daily activities. Upon my arrival at work, I set up my computer with needed programs to assist my customers. This program is the most vital form of communication because it updates saved account information to everyone computer in our office.   Throughout my work day, teamwork allows my day to go very smooth, especially when everyone does his or her part on completing their task at hand. The result of the teamwork trend becomes favorable for the employer and the employees. As a customer service representative throughout the day a get deal of work is accomplished. Different company’s used different types of trends to aid in the growth of their business. Businesses that I have worked for have used many types of trends. Nucomm International used the intranet and their technical service representatives are able to minimal account information or only information needed to assist our customers with their technical issue. Nucomm also gave their employees access to five board approved websites that technical representatives could view only during breaks.   New business trends have changed the way we communicate.
