Abstract
The study examines the effect on workplace bullying on employees. The researchers expecting to get 50 adults both men and women who are black or white to take the survey, aging from 25- 50 years old for 2- 3 years. This will be given to at least 50 people assuming that 30% of them will respond to it.   The purpose of this study is to determine how an employee can suffer great deal of emotional, physical and mental distress while working on a job where they are being targeted by bullies. This research may help other employers and employees know how to better recognize and deal with who are bullies or are being bullied. This research is important to me because I also was a victim of workplace bullying. I went through a great deal of stress not only on the job but it also followed me home.
